Put your business
on the map.
No agency invoices. No DIY weekend. We build clean sites for small businesses, AI-optimized from day one, and keep them running so you don't have to. $129 a month.
Three bad options.
And then us.
Agency
$3,000 to $10,000
Looks great in the deck. Six weeks of revisions. Still paying by the time it goes live.
DIY (Wix, Squarespace)
Your weekend
You watched the tutorial. You picked a template. You gave up on Sunday night.
No site
Free, on paper
Until a customer asks and you say 'just call this number.' That's a job you didn't get.
Proper Sites
$129 / month
We build it. We host it. We keep it found by Google and AI. You send us changes when you have them.
Your customers aren't just
Googling anymore.
They're asking ChatGPT. Claude. Perplexity. Google's AI Overview. And those AI assistants are pulling answers from websites, recommending some businesses, skipping others.
Most small business sites are invisible to AI. Old WordPress, default Squarespace, Wix templates, none of them are built for how AI search actually works.
Every site we build is. When someone asks an AI assistant “who's the best plumber in Tampa,” you're in the running. Most of your competitors aren't.
How AI search actually works →In every site we build
- ◆Schema.orgLocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, Review, so AI knows exactly who you are.
- ◆llms.txtTells AI models what your site is about and what they can cite.
- ◆Semantic HTMLStructure AI crawlers can actually read.
- ◆FAQ-first contentThe Q&A format AI assistants prefer to quote from.
- ◆Plain-language copyFactual, specific, citable. Not marketing fluff.
One plan.
No hourly. No surprises.
Full breakdown →- Up to 5 pages, custom design
- Custom AI-generated imagery
- Google + AI search optimization
- Local SEO and Google Business Profile
- Hosting, SSL, security included
- Up to 30 min/month of updates
Why I built this.
Agency prices are absurd. Wix takes your weekend and still looks like everyone else. There had to be a better option for the kind of businesses that just need to be found.

All questions →When people ask ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or Google's AI Overview a question like 'best electrician in Tampa,' AI assistants pull answers from websites. Sites that aren't structured for AI get skipped. We build yours to be readable, citable, and recommendable by AI, so you show up where your competitors don't.
We build every site to be discoverable by AI assistants, proper schema markup, llms.txt, clean structure, FAQ-style content. Whether your specific business shows up for a specific query depends on a lot of factors AI search is still figuring out, but we set you up to compete. Most small business sites aren't even in the running.
You own your domain, your content, and your photos. The site itself runs on our platform, same model as Squarespace or Shopify. If you cancel, we'll export your content and you can take it anywhere. No hostage situations.
Yes, you own your domain. If you don't have one yet, buy it from Namecheap or Porkbun before you sign up. A .com runs about $10 to $12 a year. Once you have it, you enter it on the onboarding form we send after payment and we handle the rest.
Yes. Enter it on the onboarding form and follow the DNS instructions we include. It takes about 5 minutes on your end, then we take it from there.
No, and that's intentional. Most small business owners don't have time to learn a website builder. Send us the changes, usually we make them the same day.
